The traditional Louisiana style seafood boil restaurant with an Asian touch, Grand Catch, has officially been open for a whole year and some! It has been an interesting experience being apart of that journey, from opening day to starting brunch on the weekends, drink features, pounds of shrimp in mouth-watering Awesome Sauce (a magical mix between Louisiana sauce and garlic butter sauce) and a rollout of a new dinner menu. If you haven't been back in a while, I think it's time you call up your favorite group of eating buddies and throw down on some seafood and split a few new dishes to mix it up a little. If you haven't been to Grand Catch at all, well let us change that quick or this relationship might not last (joking, but not). Some of my personal favorites from the new dinner menu rollout are, Shrimp and Citrus Salad, Tennessee Hot Nuggets, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Mac & Cheese, and the rotation Daily Catch.
